Nutzer fehlt bei csv-Export

Beim csv-Export werden lokal angelegte Nutzer in Spalte paidby nicht ausgegeben. Gibt es dafür einen Grund?

@grexd pointed out that local travelers are not included in the ‘paidBy’ field of the csv export. I’m planning to fix this in one of the next releases.
